Project management

Over the last 15 years, we participated in the planning and implementation of no less than 75 – minor and major – technical projects in the food industry.

Our involvement made a key contribution to the management of more than 15 completely new construction projects (€15 – €125 million).

• Establishment of the basic data and planning of the measure
• Preparation of the bill of quantities, specifications, and fundamentals of quotations; comparisons of quotations and award preparation
• Organisation and monitoring of delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance
• Calculation of budgets and time scheduling and management
• Verification if services have been rendered as agreed; documentation of reported defects, review of warranty claims
• Preparation and implementation of a project information and documentation system
• KSI assuming responsibility for portions of project management or the execution of the entire project
